Karen Olson, Ph.D.

Dr. Karen Olson is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in neuropsychological assessment, neurorehabilitation, and psychotherapy for individuals with conditions that affect the brain and/or spinal cord such as aquired brain injury, stroke, degenerative disease, medical illness, or psychological conditions. Dr. Olson has been at Arizona Neuropsychology, P.C. since 2009. At Arizona Neuropsychology, P.C., Dr. Olson focuses primarily on neuropsychological assessment, consultation, and education for individuals with known or suspected neurological conditions.

Dr. Olson received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Seattle Pacific University in Seattle, Washington. She completed a post-doctoral residency in neuropsychology and neurorehabilitation at the Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

Dr. Olson is a member of the American Psychological Association's Rehabilitation Psychology division and Clinical Neuropsychology division. She has also been involved in research investigating effects and outcomes for individuals with acquired brain injury in order to promote increased awareness for an education about individuals with aquired brain injury.
